A brief introduction to the journey of Manocha Eye Hospital

Manocha Eye Hospital was established in 1980 by Dr. Mahesh Manocha and Dr.(Mrs.) Gurmit Manocha. A humble beginning and a futuristic vision made the hospital popular in the region in a remarkably less time. The brainchild of Dr Mahesh Manocha and Dr (Mrs) Gurmit Manocha, Manocha Hospital became the most trusted and the most sought after hospital for eye treatments in areas near and far. With changing times came technology and equipments both were timely added to the Hospital’s infrastructure

In the year 1986 Manocha Eye Hospital shifted to its current Location which is at Arya Chowk. On 14th September 1986, Dr. Sohan Lal Sharma Inaugurated Manocha Eye Hospital. Dr. Mahesh Manocha was always very active at the academics front and conducted many conferences at Manocha Eye Hospital.

The Hospital opened its arms to Dr. Deepti Manocha who joined after completing her Post Graduation in Ophthalmology from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi in 2006. Dr. Deepti Manocha took the legacy forward and added state of the art technology to the hospital. She bought many latest changes to the hospital. She added Modular Eye Operation Theater, Blade Free Lasik Laser and many other technical & diagnostic assets to the hospital. Manocha Eye Hospital extended its services in the area of cashless empanelments and is currently on the panel of all major TPAs and government schemes like ECHS, CGHS, Ayushmann Bharat. The hospital is also providing the scope of its services to the employees of Haryana government and Himachal government. Dr. Deepti Manocha bought advance and modern treatments for many eye diseases to Manocha Eye Hospital.

The hospital expanded its services in various eye super speciality areas like Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, Paediatric Ophthalmology, Oculoplasty, Neuro Ophthalmology.
